Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items
